By the end of the year, most band directors know something needs to change.
Enrollment may need attention.
Tone and intonation may need more consistency.
Student leadership may need structure.
Parent communication may need a better rhythm.
Administrative support may need to be strengthened. But knowing something needs to improve is not the same as having a plan. Without a clear evaluation process, next year can easily become a repeat of the same challenges...... with a different calendar.
The Band Director’s Year-End Evaluation & Goal-Setting Workshop
Turn year-end reflection into a practical plan.
